We are seeking a midlevel associate (class of 2020–2022) to join our growing Intellectual Property Transactions practice in our New York office. Candidates should have four to six years of IP transactions experience at a major law firm, with strong drafting and analytical skills and attention to detail.
The role involves advising leading clients in technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials, and manufacturing on complex, IP-intensive matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with IP-intensive M&A (public and private), financing and securitization transactions, and strategic licensing, collaboration, and joint venture arrangements.

U.S. J.D. preferred; New York Bar admission required.
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $310,000- $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
