Job Summary:   The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in designing user-centered web applications that support core healthcare payor business processes. This includes applications for claims processing, care management, and utilization management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex workflows, data-driven decision-making, and the need for security and compliance within the healthcare industry. They will translate business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces design.     Required Skills   Proficiency in UI/UX design tools. Figma expertise is preferred Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.  Experience with designing complex workflows and data-driven interfaces.  Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.  Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and HIPAA regulations.  Experience designing applications for specific healthcare payor functions (e.g., claims processing flow, Utilization Management and Care Management Flow).
