We’re looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product/design team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into seamless interfaces and user journeys. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform design decisions. 

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. 

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently. 

Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility best practices. 

Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines. 

Participate in design critiques, usability testing, and continuous improvement of product experiences. 


Required Skills and Qualifications: 

2–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role. 

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across various digital products. 

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Framer

Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design. 

Experience in responsive and mobile-first design. 

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially working with cross-functional teams. 

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments. 


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
