Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Specialty UI/UX Software Engineer to join our CCIBT Organization and of Collateral and Margin Management Technology team working on Platforms Modernization & Regulatory/Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have specialist in UI/UX design with deep expertise in JavaScript and React to join a greenfield initiative building a next-generation Payments platform for Operations users in our CIB. This is a rare opportunity to architect and build an enterprise-grade UI from the ground up, working closely with product and engineering stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript and React
  • Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to translate business requirements into elegant UI solutions
  • Define UI architecture and component standards for the platform.
  • Ensure a high level of quality through code reviews, and unit and performance testing
  • Mentor junior developers and establish front-end development best practices
  • Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering, with deep knowledge of JavaScript, React, and modern front-end toolchains
  • 5+ years experience leading UI/UX efforts on complex web applications
  • 5+ years experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
  • 2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with OpenFin
  • 2+ years of experience with Figma/Design Elements
  • 2+ Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Background in financial services, particularly capital markets/post-trade operations
  • Knowledge of SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications)
  • 2+ years of DevOps tool set based continuous incremental delivery experience
  • 2+ years working in Micro Front End Architecture

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
