US-Based Personal Assistant - 2Hours/Day

And we’re looking for a Construction Estimating Virtual Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Manage packages, deliveries, errands, alterations, wet signatures, meals, pickups, drop-offs, and courier tasks.
  • Coordinate apartment access, installations, repairs, vendors, furniture deliveries, building staff, housekeeper, and stylist.
  • Support local and travel logistics, including drivers, hotels, restaurants, reservations, travel agents, private-fleet timing, and dietary requirements.
Software and tools:
•Phone calls and texting: Responsive and comfortable communicating with vendors, service providers, and other contacts.
•Email: Strong and eloquent written communication.
•AI tools: Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools.
Training will be provided for: 
•Personal preferences and operating routines.
• Apartment, building-access, and vendor-coordination procedures.
• Communication workflows with the client, stylist, housekeeper, travel agent, and building team.
 
 

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Range: $890/month
