About the role 🖥️

  • Reporting directly to Cofounder Fanny Moizant and Charles Bellois, Chief Experience & Logistics Officer, you will spearhead the transformation and explosive growth of our global VIP Consignment business. This high-visibility role will revolutionize our luxury consignment operations while crafting game-changing retail strategies that drive significant market expansion.

  • Master volume forecasting through sophisticated modeling with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams
  • Champion customer excellence with measurable NPS improvements for VIP buyers and sellers
