- Lead and develop the U.S. Project Controls team, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction across major capital construction programs
- Establish and maintain project controls standards, critical metrics, risk management processes, reporting frameworks, and change management practices
- Drive multi-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, operations, contractors, and end users to achieve key project achievements
- Lead all aspects of project controls execution, including schedule development, performance monitoring, resource planning, and consultant management
- Advance continuous improvement and AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting, forecasting, and project controls efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Scheduling, Project Controls, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years leading project controls, scheduling, or construction management functions on large capital projects
- 8+ years supporting semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related high-tech industrial projects
- 10+ years building, leading, and developing high-performing construction teams
- Expertise in project controls, scheduling, risk management, change management, and partner engagement within complex construction environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical subject area
- PMP certification
- Experience leading project controls for large-scale semiconductor greenfield or brownfield facility projects
- Experience developing project performance metrics, governance models, and enterprise-level reporting systems
- Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to improve project controls workflows, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes
