CASETiFY is looking for a PR Manager to join our US Brand Marketing. The US Public Relations Manager is responsible for driving earned media coverage, strategic press outreach, and PR activations for CASETiFY in the United States. This role plays a critical part in amplifying brand collaborations, offline events, and product launches by securing dedicated media coverage and editorial roundups. The ideal candidate is a PR professional with strong media relationships, industry expertise, and a strategic mindset to enhance CASETiFY’s visibility and brand storytelling in the region.

This position also oversees PR budget management for paid coverage, manages press release distribution, evaluates and collaborates with PR agencies, and works in regular collaboration with CASETiFY’s Global PR team to ensure alignment in messaging and media strategy. Additionally, the PR Manager is responsible for evaluating campaign performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing PR efforts to maximize brand impact.


Job Description

Media & Press Relations

  • Develops and executes core and travel PR strategies to amplify CASETiFY’s collaborations, offline activations, and product launches in the US market.
  • Secures earned media coverage through targeted pitching, media outreach, and editorial roundups.
  • Manages and uploads press releases, ensuring timely distribution through newswire services.
  • Oversees and maintains PR coverage trackers, monitoring media placements, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Cultivates and expands relationships with media, editors, and key industry influencers to ensure consistent press coverage.


PR Agency & Budget Oversight

  • Leads the evaluation, selection, and management of PR agencies, ensuring agency strategies align with CASETiFY’s brand goals.
  • Maintains oversight of weekly PR agency calls, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and progress tracking.
  • Manages the PR budget for paid coverage, ensuring spend is strategic, impactful, and aligned with ROI goals.
  • Evaluates PR campaign performance and ROI, providing insights to optimize future spend and maximize media impact.


Event Support & Activation Strategy

  • Develops creative PR strategies for offline activations and events, ensuring media engagement and brand storytelling opportunities.
  • Supports on-site event execution, including managing press attendance, media interactions, and post-event coverage.
  • Creates guest lists for editors, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to drive high-impact event attendance.
  • Works cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Partnerships, and Social teams to align PR efforts with larger brand initiatives.


Industry & Competitive Insights

  • Monitors and reports on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR opportunities to inform CASETiFY’s media strategy.
  • Proactively identifies and builds relationships with new media contacts, tastemakers, and influential figures in the lifestyle, fashion, tech, and travel industries.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (agency or in-house).
  • Established media relationships in lifestyle, fashion, tech, and/or travel publications.
  • Strong experience in press release writing, media pitching, and securing editorial placements.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute PR strategies for product launches, collaborations, and events.
  • Experience evaluating and managing PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Highly organized with budget management experience for PR initiatives, including paid media placements.
  • Ability to analyze PR campaign performance and measure ROI, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging media opportunities, and influencer networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, such as Cision, Meltwater, or Muck Rack, as well as Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to attend and support on-site events and activations, managing media attendance and coverage
  • Based in New York with the ability to work on-site three days per week in a hybrid office setting.

Total Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary of USD $100,000.00  - 130,000.00 DOE
