The SVP, Client Technology Experience leads customer-facing technology platforms and services. The SVP serves as the executive owner accountable for ensuring high-quality, cost-effective and secure technology platforms and delivery to enable customer access to R1’s solutions. This leader ensures client technology platforms, such as voice and digital workplace, meet client and internal operations needs, and will be point for new client onboarding or resolving client questions/concerns.

Essential Responsibilities

Enterprise Voice Platforms
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy for voice and chatbot deployment to raise call quality and experience in alignment with operations leadership.
  • Operate a best-in-class capability to drive high internal user and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure stable and secure deployment across R1 global locations.
Digital Workplace
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy for user productivity deployment in alignment with operations and corporate leadership.
  • Operate a best-in-class capability to drive high internal user and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure stable and secure deployment across R1 global locations.
Client Experience
  • Create a scalable operation to handle client onboarding for technology access.
  • Act as point of contact for client and regulatory questions about technology deployment.
  • Act as point in resolving any client issues or concerns.
Operating Model & Organizational Leadership
  • Build and evolve a high-performing global organization.
  • Define clear roles across:
    • Internal teams
    • Offshore delivery
    • Third-party security providers
  • Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across the function.
Financial Stewardship & Efficiency
  • Own the budget and investment strategy.
  • Optimize spend across personnel, tools, and vendors.
  • Ensure strong ROI and alignment with enterprise risk priorities.

Education

Bachelors - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience

Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a management role

Skills

•   Experience in leading scaled Voice and Digital Workplace competencies across global locations.
•    Leadership experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
•    Strategic, enterprise thinker with strong execution discipline.
•    Comfortable operating in transformational, complex environments.
•    Strong communicator with ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $304,000.00 - $380,019.46 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 40.00%
