Role Overview

We are seeking a User Research Intern to support our efforts in understanding patient and caregiver experiences, optimizing our services, and improving digital interactions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design, qualitative and quantitative research, and making a real impact in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights on patient experiences.

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in usability testing for digital tools and patient communication platforms.

  • Collaborate with therapists, administrators, and designers to implement research findings.

  • Create reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

  • Support ongoing research initiatives to enhance accessibility and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Qualtrics, or UX research platforms.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences.
