We are seeking an experienced and strategic UX Lead to guide the design and research efforts behind our digital products. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and hands-on UX design to ensure intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to elevate the design process and deliver user-centered solutions that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end UX design process across key products or platforms.

Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and researchers.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies.

Translate complex product requirements into clear, elegant user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Oversee and contribute to usability testing, user research, and data-driven design decisions.

Maintain and evolve the UX design system and contribute to design best practices.

Ensure consistency of UX patterns and visual language across products.

Advocate for user needs and champion UX maturity across the organization.

Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in user-centered design solutions across web and mobile.

Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and human-centered design.

Experience working in agile or lean product teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field.


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
