About Ramsey Theory Group

Ramsey Theory Group (RTG) is a diversified technology and digital services company headquartered in New York with operations in Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Paris. We leverage our expertise in software development, quantitative analysis, cybersecurity, and product development to help organizations optimize workflows and create technologies with viable business models.

Led by mathematician and technology entrepreneur Dan Herbatschek, RTG develops enterprise infrastructure across healthcare, logistics, entertainment marketing, and automotive sectors. Through our divisions—Erdos Technologies, Erdos Digital, and Requiem Creative—we build high-stakes products such as Erdos Tracks, Erdos Logistics, Erdos Medical, and Eunifi.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is for a "builder"—someone capable of both hands-on design execution and high-level strategic consulting.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the user experience and visual architecture for a range of client and internal projects. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex technology initiatives into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products.

What You’ll Do

  • System Design: Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Product Vision: Collaborate with developers and product leads to define UX strategy and ensure technical feasibility for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Asset Leadership: Deliver comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and developer-ready assets to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Strategic Feedback: Participate in design reviews and provide expert, actionable feedback based on UX best practices and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging tools, and digital design technologies to keep our portfolio at the cutting edge.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Figure-it-Out Mindset: The ability to create design systems where none exist and solve complex workflow problems through visual logic.
  • Pragmatic Urgency: A designer who can move quickly without sacrificing the rigor required for enterprise-grade software.
  • Ownership: Someone who prefers solving problems independently rather than waiting for a set of instructions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within consulting or agency environments handling multiple client verticals.
  • Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated excellence in responsive web design and native mobile app design (iOS/Android).
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Agile Experience: Proven track record working alongside software engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical founders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with front-end code (HTML/CSS), motion graphics, or video-editing tools for short-form product content.

Culture

At Ramsey Theory Group, we value independent thinkers who take ownership of outcomes. We maintain an office-first culture in Fort Lee, NJ, because we believe the most resilient technologies are built through direct collaboration and proximity.
