Order.co is the System of Action for the Office of the CFO, transforming the way businesses purchase and pay into an intuitive, B2C-like shopping experience. Order.co leverages embedded AI agents and embedded financial products to reinvent the way businesses connect with their vendors.

End users enjoy a seamless, zero-training buying experience, while finance and procurement leaders gain a single platform to orchestrate how the business “should operate”. The result is an all-in-one solution that serves as a gravitational pull for spend and data, automating and eliminating procurement and finance workflows from requisition to reconciliation along the way.

Order.co is on the cutting edge of B2B Agentic Commerce, poised to be the market leader in creating a more predictive, prescriptive, and personalized experience for users.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in New York City, Order.co oversees nearly half a billion in annualized spend across hundreds of customers like WeWork, SoulCycle, Lume, and [solidcore]. Order.co has raised $75M in funding from industry-leading investors like MIT, Stage 2 Capital, Rally Ventures, 645 Ventures, and more. Order.co has been proudly named a 50 to Watch by Spend Matters and a Best Place to Work by BuiltIn and Inc. Magazine.

About the Role

Order.co is looking for a Vendor Partnerships Associate to help manage and grow our vendor network by strengthening existing vendor relationships, uncovering opportunities within current purchasing behavior, and engaging new vendors where there is an opportunity to expand value for customers and the business.

The role works closely with our Marketplace, Vendor Operations, and Catalog Operations teams to identify opportunities, support vendor engagement, and improve the overall value of our vendor network. We're looking for someone who is organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

Connect with Vendors

  • Reach out to vendors by phone and email to discuss partnership opportunities
  • Build relationships with vendor contacts and serve as a professional representative of Order.co
  • Follow up consistently to move conversations forward and keep opportunities active
  • Help vendors understand how working with Order.co can benefit their business

Support Vendor Growth Initiatives

  • Help establish vendor accounts and programs that create value for customers and Order.co
  • Work with existing vendors to identify opportunities for improved pricing, rebates, or other commercial benefits
  • Assist in bringing more purchasing activity into structured vendor relationships
  • Support initiatives that increase vendor participation across the platform

Manage and Track Opportunities

  • Maintain a pipeline of vendor opportunities and ensure timely follow-up
  • Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes
  • Identify blockers and escalate issues when needed
  • Prioritize work based on opportunity size, urgency, and likelihood of success

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify patterns across vendor conversations and outcomes
  • Share feedback that can improve outreach efforts and vendor engagement
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
  • Help document best practices and successful approaches

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and through email
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Persistent and comfortable following up to drive outcomes
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Why This Role Matters

This role helps ensure Order.co captures more value from purchasing activity already happening on the platform. By building relationships with vendors and helping convert informal purchasing activity into structured partnerships, the Vendor Partnerships Associate contributes directly to marketplace growth and monetization efforts.

It's an opportunity to develop skills in vendor management, relationship building, business operations, and marketplace growth while making a measurable impact on the business.

What You'll Receive
  • A competitive compensation package including base, variable, and stock options
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) with employer match
  • Robust medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
  • Flexible time off and remote work policies
  • Generous leave policies and support for new and current parents
  • The anticipated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
