We’re Looking For:

Our Vendor Relations Coordinators strive to provide excellent service to all of PAR’s repossession vendors.  This high-impact position will allow you to navigate areas that are not so black and white and work to develop customized solutions based on the vendor’s needs. 

You Are:

  • Organized. You have excellent attention to detail and can effectively manage accounts and inquiries.

  • Customer-oriented. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

  • Tech-savvy. You are proficient in using computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

You Will:

  • Work with unique and complex situations regularly

  • Drive positivity into what are often negative situations for repossession vendors

  • Be an investigator and gather documentation on each account to be able to allow a repossession vendor to contract with PAR North America’s services

  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain excellent customer service skills in a high volume and fast-paced environment through written and verbal communication

  • Act as a liaison between client teams and recovery vendors

  • Monitor and process all account transactions in our internal queue system

  • Perform Audits on recovery vendors to ensure they are meeting PAR standards

  • Maintain log of all daily activities through provided productivity tracking methods

Must Have’s: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 

  • Competent office skills are required.  Daily use of Google applications such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. 

  • Implement and assure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics.

  • Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team.

Compensation Range of
 

Hourly: $19.00 - $21.00
