Summary:
System and Process Development: An important part of the Project Manager's function will be guiding and enabling a continually improving system and support process; Compile and communicate system-related feedback, enhancement requests, and functional needs back to IT and project teams; Track, document and implement changes to any processes in VDR offering that fall short of customer expectation. Collaborate with Marketing and E-Sales to create materials necessary for demos and pitches to customers, such as presentations and mock-ups. Send welcome packet/intro materials to the customer upon being awarded and Take hand-off at sale and guide customer through the life of VDR.
Responsibilities:
The VDR Project Manager is the primary contact with detailed project expertise in the use of virtual data rooms (VDRs), for external VDR clients and DFIN sales representatives. This role will work with both Sales and Operations, the central control point for live VDRs, as well as training external clients on the VDR application and process. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating and managing multiple, simultaneous client VDR startups.
This position includes performing client presentations/pitches, project demonstrations, responding to technical questions, and providing on-site support during implementations. In addition, the Project Manager will gather specific client requirements for extending and integrating the virtual platform to meet their full document management needs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business-enabled solutions/sales, preferably with an emphasis on experience with Virtual Data Rooms and document management solutions.
- The ability to establish trusted relationships with customers.
- Legal/Investment Bank VDR Deal Management is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as effective human relations skills and a proactive approach to sales & support, are required.
- Project management experience required.
- Excellent high-pressure facilitation skills.
- Familiarity & knowledge of document types and workflow processes associated with M&A, IPOs, Corporate Governance & Corporate Finance are a strong plus.
