(Very) Senior Product Manager

Bastion enables financial institutions and enterprises to issue regulated stablecoins, generate revenue on reserves, and expand their ecosystems. Bastion’s platform combines stablecoin issuance, secure custody, and seamless orchestration for cross-border transfers, on/off-ramps, and stablecoin conversions. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to help build the future of enterprise stablecoins with us. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with the (future) Head of Product, GTM, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure we deliver a reliable, compliant, and high‑quality product. You will own critical product areas end to end and drive outcomes through influence and exceptional execution.

The overall goal of this role in the next 90 days is to set us up for success in 2025 - accelerating product development, clarifying the needs of enterprise clients, and preparing for an influx of new talent. This will be an intense period, but one where you will have immediate impact on a product that will move billions of dollars in 2026.

We are open to this role being based anywhere in the United States, but there will be advantages to candidates who are based in (or willing to travel often to) New York City.

• Develop a shared understanding of our “Issue → Hold → Move” architecture and immediate constraints

• Meet core stakeholders in Eng, Design, Compliance, GTM; understand decision paths and escalation

• Identify the top 3 delivery risks across issuance, on/off‑ramp, and external surfaces

• Deliverable: A one‑page action plan with 3 themes, owners, and next decisions due within 7 days

• Lock the initial 30‑day priorities and success signals for Issuance and Hold/Move reliability

• Join customer conversations with GTM and translate insights into clear problem statements and hypotheses

• Help stand up lean product cadences: weekly portfolio review, cross‑functional intake, and risk register

• Validate user journeys and compliance touchpoints for near‑term milestones

• Deliverable: 30‑day execution plan with milestones, risks, and cross‑functional owners

• Show customer‑visible progress on at least one external surface or API milestone in your area

• De‑risk readiness with test plans, observability requirements, and runbooks in partnership with Eng

• Publish a crisp roadmap for your area linking themes to outcomes and checkpoints for the next quarter

• Deliverable: Updated roadmap for your area, measurable outcomes for first themes, and a repeatable planning cadence

• Demonstrate measurable wins with reliability and compliance baked in

• Institutionalize product principles, analytics, and quality bars within your area that guide prioritization
