  • Maintain our global project scheduling system - CETA - working closely with the Creative Resource Manager

  • Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated

  • At least one year professional experience as a VFX Coordinator working on advertising, episodic, or feature films

  • Solid foundational understanding of post-production VFX roles, pipeline workflows, and industry vocabulary

  • Positive and proactive approach to the role, focusing on production support and team morale

  • Ability to work calmly, collaboratively, and efficiently with both high-profile clients and creative crew under tight deadlines

  • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and production tracking software like ShotGrid (formerly Shotgun), with an ability to quickly learn new technologies like CETA
