We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Vice President of Business Development, Ad Sales is a pivot role responsible for centrally supporting and negotiating digital advertising and technology-related agreements across Fox Entertainment, Fox Sports, and Fox News. This role works within ad sales and partners closely with Ad Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Business units and other cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute deals that align with business objectives.
The position requires strong judgment, fluency in digital ad tech and commercial deal structures, and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Success is driven by balancing speed, deal quality, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through execution.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
Serve as a centralized negotiator supporting Ad Sales and Partnerships teams across Fox divisions.
Negotiate digital advertising, ad tech, licensing, syndication, and commerce-related agreements, including SSP/DSP deals.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to align on deal terms, approvals, and execution.
Develop negotiation strategies, including value exchange and escalation points.
Draft deal summaries, statements of work, and provide business input and light contract markup in partnership with Legal.
Manage multiple concurrent negotiations and ensure timely progression from start to finish.
Lead weekly and executive-level deal review meetings.
Maintain deal trackers, databases, and a centralized deal library.
Ensure final agreements accurately reflect negotiated business terms.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
13-15 years of relevant experience in media, digital advertising, ad tech, or a related field.
Experience negotiating complex digital agreements, including SSP/DSP, ad tech, licensing, or digital rights arrangements.
Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and ad tech platforms.
Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance teams on contract negotiations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach with strong internal relationship-building skills.
Sound judgment and comfort escalating decisions as appropriate.
Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader business objectives.
Clear, concise communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
Calm, adaptable, and effective under pressure.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $185,500.00-259,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
