Vice President, Enterprise Mid-Market Relationship Management

What does a successful VP Enterprise Mid-Market Relationship Management do at Fiserv? 

The Vice President of Enterprise Mid-Market Relationship Management leads a high-performing team focused on scaling strategic partnerships and merchant acquiring solutions for clients with annual processing volumes between $25M and $300M. As a primary change agent, you will drive revenue growth and account renewals by orchestrating complex solution sales and deeply aligning with client business strategies. Beyond relationship management, this role is responsible for transforming segment operations and sales processes to maximize efficiency, delivering significant value and innovation to Fiserv’s merchant solutions business.

What you will do:

  • Strategy & Distribution: Define and implement tailored product and channel distribution strategies specifically for the mid-market segment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performance team of 30–40 relationship managers, fostering a collaborative and motivated culture.

  • Sales Orchestration: Drive omnichannel digital product campaigns while maintaining senior-level relationships within the merchant payment processing space.

  • Growth & Change Management: Act as a change agent, leveraging actionable insights and detailed execution plans to accelerate segment growth.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

  • Client Relationship Management: Articulate value propositions and manage complex sales cycles through consistent, high-level client communication.

  • Sales & Renewal Planning: Develop and continuously refine comprehensive sales and renewal plans to maximize business opportunities.

  • Account Strategy & Negotiation: Create detailed account plans and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and margin.

What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a mid-market environment. 

  • Experience within merchant services and payment processing industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience motivating and inspiring large teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 60%.

What would be nice to have:

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Willingness to dive into details while maintaining a big-picture perspective

  • MBA preferred.

Salary Range

$133,100.00 - $283,300.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
