- Own workforce analytics, modeling, and competitive benchmarking across assigned HR domains
- Build and maintain automated reporting and data workflows, ensuring both security and recovery mechanisms
- Partner with senior business leadership on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and resource allocation - translating business questions into data-driven answers
- Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI agents, workflow automation) to enhance HR's analytical and operational capabilities
Day-to-Day Focus
- Engineer and maintain scalable data solutions that underpin HR reporting and analytics
- Build and iterate on visualization tools for headcount, workforce expense, hiring, attrition, and other key HR metrics
- Deliver self-service analytics reporting to business unit stakeholders on hires, terms, incumbents, workforce events, and other operational data
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through better tooling, automation, and smarter use of available technology and data
- Stay current on cloud platforms, data engineering practices, and AI/ML capabilities relevant to HR

What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS) is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations
- Proficient in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with automation or workflow platforms (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and model validation
- Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating across HR domains and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
