About the Private Wealth Investor Relations Team

The Investor Relations team is a critical partner in the growth of Brookfield Private Wealth's platform, serving as the primary bridge with internal and external partners. The team is responsible for delivering an exceptional investor experience across the full lifecycle of our alternative investment solutions.

As a global team with professionals based in Toronto, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, Investor Relations provides seamless support to investors and distribution partners across regions and time zones. Working closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers, the team drives operational excellence, scalable processes, and best-in-class client service.

As Brookfield Private Wealth continues to expand globally, the Investor Relations team plays an increasingly strategic role in enhancing investor engagement, supporting the growth of the firm's perpetual products platform, and delivering institutional-quality alternative investment solutions to the private wealth channel.

The VP, Investor Relations – Perpetual Products will be responsible for leading investor services initiatives for the firm's perpetual product suite, supporting the continued growth of the Private Wealth platform. The individual will serve as a senior point of contact for investor relations and servicing activities, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and an exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of Brookfield and Oaktree's perpetual alternative investment strategies. This role requires deep knowledge of perpetual fund structures, the private wealth distribution landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively across a complex, global organization. The role will report to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations Perpetual Products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end investor servicing for the perpetual product suite, including non-traded REITs, BDCs, interval funds, and other evergreen private market strategies offered through the private wealth channel

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for wealth advisors, their clients, and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and resolving complex investor inquiries with professionalism and urgency

  • Own the development and continuous improvement of scalable, best-in-class investor servicing protocols, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all perpetual product touchpoints

  • Partner cross-functionally with Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Fund Operations, and Technology teams to drive seamless execution across the investor lifecycle

  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the Investor Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, intellectual rigor, and client-centricity

  • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including transfer agents, fund administrators, custodians, and technology platforms

  • Direct and enhance investor communication processes including periodic NAV delivery, and ad hoc investor reporting

  • Identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and drive implementation of process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine investor-facing materials, communications, and educational content related to perpetual products

  • Contribute to strategic planning for the growth and scaling of the perpetual product investor services platform across global regions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investor servicing, investor relations, client service, fund operations, or private wealth management

  • Deep knowledge of perpetual and evergreen alternative investment structures, including non-traded REITs, BDCs, interval funds, or similar private wealth alternative products; experience with drawdown fund structures is an asset

  • CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent designation preferred

  • Experience working with private wealth distribution channels, financial intermediaries, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and wealth advisor platforms

  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing junior team members and driving cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong understanding of fund operations including NAV processes, investor reporting cycles, transfer agency functions, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience working with transfer agents and investor servicing platforms is an asset

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to senior internal stakeholders and external clients

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a demonstrated track record of operating with precision under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of work product

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, design solutions, and drive change from concept through implementation

The Private Funds Group (PFG) manages institutional relationships and raises capital for Brookfield’s various private funds.

The Fundraise Management Team is a newly established division responsible for supporting the end to end fundraising for Brookfield’s various private funds, from product approval to post closing. PFG is seeking a Vice President to design, build and manage the fundraising support for our open ended funds and team.

JOB PURPOSE: (prime focus and objective of the position)

The Vice President of Real Estate Fundraise Management role will lead the fundraising lifecycle for real estate private equity closed ended funds, ensuring all stakeholders in the organization contribute their expertise into the design of the fundraising strategy and coordination of all stakeholder groups in delivering their respective roles throughout each stage of the lifecycle.

  • In this role, the Vice President will:

  • Lead the close ended Fundraise Management team in all stages of the fundraising life cycle, collaborating with internal functional partners and business group leads as well as interfacing investors with and external advisors.

  • Develop and implement strategy for generating investor interest and driving momentum, working closely with Client Relationship Managers to meet quarterly and annual fundraising objectives

  • Facilitate key decisions throughout fundraise process with all stakeholder groups.

  • Manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups including Diligence Management, Marketing & Content, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations and the Investment Teams and Product Specialists

  • Strategically review fund-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations and other documents related to private funds

  • Coordinate road shows, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings

  • Act as senior representative in GCG leadership meetings, as required

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for the development and retention of junior team members, creating and promoting effective training programs for new team members.

  • Identify issues and proactively manage risk

Qualifications Required:

  • Post graduate degree in finance, business management or another relevant discipline

  • Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies or investments

  • Demonstrated understanding of the LP landscape and preferences, styles and requirements across key regions and investor types

  • Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate (internally) details of fund approach

  • Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.

  • Experience in high volume processes and technology enabled solutions

  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred

  • Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience strongly preferred

Salary: $190k - $210k

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
