About us

Scientific Safety Alliance, or SSA, exists to Accelerate Science. Delightfully. • Partner with integration teams to ensure clean handoffs and thoughtful post-close planning
  • Help reduce deal cycle time through process discipline, automation, and operational rigor
  • Support vertical ideation and adjacency expansion research alongside the Head of M&A
  • Deliver industry-leading seller experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity

  • Direct experience executing lower middle market transactions
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
  • Experience building process discipline and repeatable playbooks
  • Cross-functional leadership ability with strong executive presence
  • International or cross-border transaction experience preferred
