The ideal candidate will:

  • Bring significant experience in the pre-IPO or secondaries market, or in investment banking or private capital advisory. Technology sector focus is a plus.

  • Have an exceptional track record of personally originating and winning corporate mandates in competitive situations, earning the trust of senior decision makers and establishing new client relationships.

  • Bring the judgment, credibility, and presence to advise founders, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders on important capital and liquidity decisions.

  • Have a deep understanding of the technology company landscape, private-company capital structures, shareholder dynamics, primary fundraising, and secondary liquidity.

  • Have an established network of senior private-company executives, venture investors, law firms, and other relevant market participants.

  • Have demonstrated success building or materially improving a commercial team, raising performance through hands-on coaching, disciplined sales practices, and clear accountability.

  • Be comfortable working closely with product and operational teams to develop solutions and deliver complex client engagements.

  • Combine exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills with strong organizational discipline and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
