Job Description
As a Vice President in the Chase Travel AI & Innovation Product team, you will lead the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI to enhance our travel products and streamline operations. By shaping agentic workflows and frameworks through autonomous AI models, you will create innovative solutions that transform the travel experience. Collaborating with business, design, and technology teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
  • Identifies and prioritizes AI/ML opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends with a focus on Agentic AI applications
  • Leads the deployment of AI/ML and GenAI technologies to automate processes, reduce costs, and generate revenue
  • Utilizes Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage and track projects
  • Develops requirements, epics, and user stories to support AI & Innovation product initiatives
  • Works with cross-functional teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, ops servicing, marketing) to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Implements process improvement via tools like UiPath, Alteryx, ServiceNow, and Pega to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyzes and evaluates product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets
  • Conducts user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the AI/ML strategic roadmap
  • Effectively communicates the impact of AI on the product experience to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum 7+ years in product management, with a focus on AI, Product, or Travel related fields
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
  • Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Development Lifecycle (MDLC), with a focus on governance, testing, and validation to ensure robust and reliable AI/ML solutions
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated project management skills and understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business and technology stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Python and machine learning frameworks for developing and deploying AI models
  • Ability to design and optimize prompts for generative AI models to improve output quality and relevance
  • Deep understanding of product agility practices, including iterative development and adaptive planning

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Candidates from a Travel or Financial Services background preferred
  • Experience with data analytics and workflow automation tools (UiPath/Alteryx)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies or AI/ML technologies would be an advantage
  • Prior experience working in a product organization, driving collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions
