About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Management Leader to define and execute the product vision for GLG’s expert community — including web and mobile applications that power engagement, enablement, loyalty and opportunity creation for over one million experts globally.

This leader will own the end-to-end digital journey for experts, from onboarding and profiling, to identity and expertise verification, project execution, payments, community building, and professional development. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of GLG’s expert ecosystem and its integration into the company’s next-generation human intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define a bold, user-centered product strategy for GLG’s expert digital ecosystem, with an emphasis on mobile-first engagement and global scalability.
    • Translate company and community goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes that drive expert growth, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Partner with our Global Head of Membership to champion the needs of the community in executive discussions and cross-functional planning.
  • Product Execution & Leadership
    • Lead a team of product managers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and high-performance digital experiences.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to build and launch mobile and web applications that integrate seamlessly with GLG’s client facing and service team facing platforms.
    • Partner with marketing, operations, and community leadership to ensure alignment and adoption across global markets.
    • Drive a metrics-driven culture focused on user engagement, NPS, activation rates, and expert lifetime value.
  • Mobile Platform Expertise
    • Lead the strategy for GLG’s mobile app, ensuring a best-in-class experience that supports expert participation, communication, scheduling, and payments.
    • Define standards for usability, performance, and design that elevate GLG’s brand and create competitive differentiation.
  • Innovation & Growth
    • Identify opportunities to expand the expert experience beyond transactional engagement—creating community features, learning tools, recognition systems, and new monetization models.
    • Leverage user data, behavioral analytics, and generative AI capabilities to personalize expert journeys and content delivery.
    • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and platforms that could redefine digital professional networks.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in mobile-first consumer or marketplace products.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling mobile applications with high user engagement and retention.
  • Strong UX sensibility and experience partnering deeply with design teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Deep understanding of network effects, community dynamics, and digital marketplaces.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment and mentoring other PMs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across executive and operational levels.
  • Experience in B2B2C or knowledge-marketplace businesses is a strong plus.
