About LoanVision:

LoanVision is the market-leading loan-level accounting platform purpose-built for the mortgage banking industry. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LoanVision helps mortgage lenders automate accounting operations, improve financial visibility, and drive operational efficiency. Serving more than 200 mortgage banking organizations across North America, LoanVision continues to grow through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and solutions that help customers operate more efficiently in an evolving lending environment. As a Banyan Software portfolio company, LoanVision benefits from long-term, patient capital and a mandate to build for the long term, giving this role real runway to create lasting product impact.

About the Role:

The most important thing we are looking for is a proven product leader. A leader with a proven track record of building and running product organizations, owning roadmaps from vision through execution, and engaging executive stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and a well-grounded point of view on where the business should go next. Product knowledge and the ability to lead a product organization come first.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Portfolio Ownership

  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LoanVision
  • Lead portfolio prioritization across core product enhancements, strategic investments, and new product opportunities
  • Identify and anticipate opportunities to expand customer value, before customers ask for them
  • Balance customer needs, market demand, technical feasibility, and business objectives in every product decision
  • Act as executive sponsor for LoanVision's product innovation agenda

Product Team Leadership and Delivery

  • Lead and develop the Product Management function, including direct leadership of product managers and product owners
  • Establish and continuously evolve product management frameworks, governance, prioritization processes, and best practices
  • Oversee roadmap planning, backlog strategy, release planning, advisory boards, and product lifecycle management
  • Drive delivery discipline, execution accountability, and continuous improvement across the product organization
  • Partner closely with Development, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate strategy into shipped product

Strategic Partnerships and Growth

  • Lead LoanVision's Buy, Build, Partner strategy, evaluating whether to build internally, partner externally, or pursue strategic acquisitions
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic technology partnerships that expand product capabilities and ecosystem value
  • Develop partner relationships that position LoanVision ahead of market shifts
  • Assess emerging technologies and identify partnership opportunities before they become table stakes in the mortgage banking space

Customer and Market Leadership

  • Serve as the executive voice of the customer, translating customer needs and market signals into product strategy
  • Lead Product Advisory Board initiatives and structured customer feedback programs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies with a forward-thinking lens
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value

Executive Collaboration

  • Partner with the executive leadership team on strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term product direction
  • Translating company objectives into measurable product initiatives
  • Present product strategy, roadmap direction, and business cases to executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction
  • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and investment planning aligned to growth priorities

Qualification for Success:

Required

  • Proven product management leadership experience, with demonstrated success running a product team, owning a product roadmap, and leading product managers or product owners
  • Experience implementing formal product management frameworks, governance processes, backlog management, and prioritization methodologies
  • Experience leading or participating in a Product Advisory Board or equivalent structured customer feedback program
  • Demonstrated buy-build-partner decision-making experience with specific, outcome-driven examples
  • Strong executive communication skills, a high degree of charisma and presence, and the ability to inspire confidence in a room
  • A forward-thinking orientation. You bring ideas and a perspective on where the market is going. You are not waiting to be asked

Strongly Preferred - one of the following

  • Meaningful experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics family, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV, in product delivery, implementation, or product ownership capacity
  • OR deep, first-hand experience working within the mortgage banking industry and its software ecosystem, including familiarity with loan origination systems, mortgage accounting platforms, or lending technology

Preferred

  • Broader Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem experience including Dynamics CRM, Finance and Operations, or Power Platform
  • ERP software product leadership or delivery experience
  • Financial systems, accounting software, fintech, or lending technology background
  • Experience evaluating and managing strategic technology partnerships
  • Microsoft partner ecosystem familiarity
  • Experience supporting executive-level growth and innovation strategies within a portfolio company environment

Compensation Range - 150K - 180K USD + Benefits and Bonus
