The VP of Professional Services will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within the company, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team, and enhancing service delivery to customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the ad tech/martech industry, startup experience, and the ability to work closely with clients. The VP will manage a team of 5-10 people, working collaboratively with both internal teams and customers. They will be hands-on, with a focus on prototyping solutions, using API documentation, and leveraging scripting expertise to deliver custom outcomes.

- Regularly measure and analyze metrics to assess operational efficiencies and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive team to present findings and make strategic recommendations for business enhancements.
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Maintain frequent customer interaction, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Prototype and experiment with solutions, actively contributing to hands-on development.
- Work closely with the product team to bring prototypes and solutions to clients effectively.
- Leverage knowledge of API documentation to design integrations and deliver custom solutions.
- Use scripting languages (preferred experience with Google Cloud stack) to create and implement custom outcomes and automate processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that services are always evolving and optimized in line with industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's go-to-market process and customer needs.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 10+ years working in a technical sales environment preferred
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience leading customer success or go-to-market teams.
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 employees.
- A background in ad tech/martech and startup environments.
- Strong understanding of API documentation and its practical application.
- Above-average proficiency with a scripting language, preferably in the Google Cloud environment, to drive custom automation.
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prototype and test solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Sales engineering and product experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing service delivery processes.

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $220,000-$250,000 plus bonus. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be performed in or report to teams in states with pay-transparency laws; we disclose pay and benefits consistent with those laws
