Job Description
Chase's growing Content organization is hiring an additional Vice President, Project Management to support collaborative editorial and social media teams focused on travel and lifestyle content, in close collaboration with our credit card businesses. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to the Content Team's Head of Product and Operations.
As a Vice President, Project Manager within Card & Connected Commerce Content, you will manage various cross-functional content projects from idea to execution, ranging from web and print packages inspiring customers to book through Chase Travel, to social media series illustrating the value of credit card benefits. You'll transform strategic plans into successful projects, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, mitigating risk/issues, communicating progress and securing deliverables. You're the most organized person you know-you take great pride in responding quickly and thoughtfully, and can balance hundreds of email threads, Asana tasks and intake requests without breaking a sweat. If you have an extraordinary eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee a comprehensive intake process, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements and success metrics, share progress and deliver final projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners throughout each project's scope
  • Continuously evaluate existing procedures and identify and implement efficiencies
  • Serve as a process advocate across the editorial content team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years in project and/or product management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through leadership and influence of cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver under tight deadlines independently
  • Experience working with marketing, editorial and/or creative teams in an agency-style environment
  • Experience with multiple project management platforms, including Asana, Airtable and/or Jira

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of Chase credit card programs and benefits
