Position Overview: The Vice President of Revenue Operations will be the operational driver and backbone of SAFE’s go-to-market execution. This role will oversee sales, marketing, customer success, and partner operations, ensuring all revenue-generating teams are aligned, data-driven, and optimized for scale. You will lead a high-impact team that delivers process excellence, technology optimization, and performance analytics to accelerate SAFE’s hypergrowth.
Core Responsibilities:
1) Revenue Strategy & Alignment
- Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to design and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships around shared KPIs and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Drive annual and quarterly revenue planning, including forecasting, territory design, and resource allocation.
2) Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee the lead-to-cash process, ensuring seamless handoffs and optimal conversion rates.
- Implement scalable workflow automation and process improvements across GTM functions.
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data, reporting, and dashboards.
3) Analytics & Forecasting
- Own pipeline management and forecasting accuracy across all revenue channels.
- Leverage AI-driven analytics to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and efficiency gains.
- Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and board-level reporting.
4) Technology & Systems
- Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and AI-driven revenue tools).
- Ensure optimal integration, adoption, and ROI from all revenue technologies.
5) Enablement & Performance
- Partner with enablement leaders to provide data-backed coaching, playbooks, and training.
- Develop compensation plans and incentive structures aligned to strategic objectives.
- Monitor and improve productivity metrics across all revenue teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps to support $100M+ ARR.
- Strong expertise in GTM strategy, forecasting, analytics, and process optimization.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, and AI-driven revenue platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
