Vice President of Revenue Transformation + Enablement 

The Vice President of Revenue Transformation + Enablement is a key leader of the Condé Nast revenue team.  Reporting to the SVP, Chief of Staff, Transformation & Enablement, and working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will be accountable for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team. 

He/she will have the opportunity to execute high-impact projects with a focus on aligning resources, driving operational consistency, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that business operations support revenue growth and operational excellence

  • Work on critical revenue strategy projects and cross-functional transformation initiatives with a focus on organizational structure, process improvements, and change management 

    • Immediate priority will be on developing a shared understanding of the Advertising deal process, across all functions and identify actionable solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

    • Additional projects will span Advertising, Consumer and Commerce, based on the business need

  • Work with CRO, Chief of Staff and all members of the Revenue Leadership Team to identify ongoing structural & operational areas of improvement.

    • Maintain and manage a prioritized list of projects – a combination of tactical changes to achieve quick wins and build momentum, and the most potentially impactful large-scale workstreams (which may require partnership or technology to implement) 

    • Identifying initiative owners, set timelines, track delivery and monitor impact post implementation

  • Create a cadence for continuous process evaluation and improvement to keep up with a rapidly evolving marketplace to help us make data-driven decisions about our revenue strategy and processes going forward

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, guiding teams to challenge the status quo and drive innovation

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience (ideally) at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a media organization

  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred

  • Successful track record in evaluating business and/or major strategic initiatives that have had a high impact

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, ability to build business cases and understand P&L drivers

  • Ability to work exerts influence across broad array of senior stakeholders

The expected base salary range for this position is from $283,000-$300,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
