About the Role: 

As our Vice President - Virtual Sales, you will help inspire and guide a virtual sales team to achieve extraordinary results. If you're a visionary leader who thrives on fostering growth and driving success, this is your chance to lead while making a profound impact on cardiovascular health!

You'll spearhead our engagement with SMB employers and partners, fueling our mission and leading your team to exceed their sales quotas. But even more exhilarating, you'll be instrumental in cultivating the talents of our sales force and building a high-performing culture where everyone thrives.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion Growth: Mentor and develop a team of passionate sales professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential and exceed their goals.
  • Ignite Possibilities: Articulate Hello Heart's transformative value proposition with passion, demonstrating how our innovative solutions revolutionize heart health and deliver exceptional ROI for employers.
  • Build Bridges: Forge and nurture a robust sales pipeline through strategic initiatives and by collaborating with internal teams to amplify Hello Heart's impact.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Partner seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and cultivate enduring, successful client relationships that reflect Hello Heart's unwavering commitment.
  • Be the Voice: Represent Hello Heart as an inspiring spokesperson at industry events, sharing our vision and building our reputation as a leader in digital health.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of dynamic sales experience within the healthcare, benefits, or SaaS sectors, with a proven history of exceeding expectations.
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership, including a proven track record of scaling and leading a successful Virtual Sales team.
  • A powerful track record of not just meeting but demolishing annual net new revenue quotas, showcasing your exceptional drive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Unwavering personal accountability, demonstrating exceptional follow-through, and a commitment to excellence that inspires those around you.
  • Experience excelling in high-growth environments, where your adaptability and proactive leadership will shine.
  • The ability to articulate a compelling vision, clearly communicating Hello Heart's unique value and differentiators in a fast-paced, competitive arena.
  • Mastery in navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, turning challenges into opportunities for collaborative success.
  • Proven track record of generating strong pipelines, demonstrating your proactive and strategic approach to business development.
  • Experience in cultivating fruitful relationships with employee benefits consultants and brokers, expanding Hello Heart's reach and influence.
  • A self-starter with infectious motivation, an inspiring presence, and an entrepreneurial spirit, empowering you to own outcomes and drive impactful results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and mentor your team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gong, and other relevant industry tools, including AI, allowing you to lead and guide your team with efficiency.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000.00 to $200,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
