  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Controllers, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and other Finance teams, to advance key initiatives and manage the business effectively

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Development Value:

  • Significant exposure to global, regional, and business leadership across BlackRock

  • Direct involvement in firm decision-making and cross-functional initiatives that drive business value

  • Opportunity to shape strategy, investment decisions, and financial outcomes for a key investment platform

  • Positions candidates for broader leadership opportunities across Finance & Strategy

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in markets and investing, with Fixed Income knowledge or experience preferred

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholders through written materials, presentations, and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex issues and develop practical, high-impact solutions
