The VP, Team Operations role drives how our organization works — designing smarter ways of operating, enabling teams through better systems and structures, and ensuring our processes evolve in step with our business. This role combines strategic process design, organizational insight, and hands-on operational execution. You’ll partner across departments to streamline workflows, enable change, and build the connective tissue that keeps our teams operating efficiently and effectively.

How you'll CREATE:

End-to-End Process Design

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and optimize business processes from strategy through execution.
  • Map and analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
  • Establish consistent process frameworks and documentation standards that promote scalability and clarity.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Drive change initiatives across teams — ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to improve engagement, adoption, and communication.
  • Serve as a trusted facilitator, ensuring alignment between leadership and team members through periods of transformation.

Team Structure & Organizational Design

  • Partner with department heads to evaluate and optimize team structures, responsibilities, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Recommend changes that improve efficiency, clarity, and collaboration between functions.
  • Support leadership with implementation planning, communications, and performance tracking related to org changes.

Systems, Tools & Workflow Optimization

  • Understand how teams utilize tools and systems (e.g., project management, communication, data platforms) to execute work.
  • Identify gaps or friction points between process and technology, and collaborate with IT/Product teams to improve tool adoption and integration.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices for tool usage that align with operational goals.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement frameworks for continuous improvement across departments, leveraging data and feedback to inform decisions.
  • Diagnose gaps in resourcing, workflow, or process that impact team performance — and drive solutions collaboratively.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics that reflect efficiency, alignment, and impact.

Bring your VIBE:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, process design, or organizational development (experience in entertainment, fashion, retail preferred).
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional process or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking, workflow automation, and change enablement.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

$185,350 - $384,560
