Job Duties: Deliver investment insights and analysis on products, competitors, and the broader retirement industry, including fund philosophy, process and positioning, performance, attribution, flows and trends. Build competitive positioning and sales narratives around investment solutions to assist in investor relations and external client engagement. Help design technology-enabled processes that scale and modernize the production of client content and investment analytics. Use the Aladdin platform to build retirement-specific tools and visualizations to better present Retirement Solutions data and analytics to clients. Craft technical marketing collateral, including pitch books, market and product commentaries. Respond to client requests, and queries, including completing RFPs and RFls and due diligence questionnaires. Structure presentation materials for new business opportunities or product evolution proposals. Represent investment strategy for bespoke clients, producing ad hoc presentations and advanced analytics on their retirement plan., including analyses of demographic data, performance and risk attributions, and portfolio change impacts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business, or related field, and 60 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: Technical Communication for internal and external stakeholders; Data pulling on peer allocations, peer returns, or index returns using Morningstar Direct and Bloomberg; Preparation of product marketing materials, client presentations, customized analyses and completing RFPs and RFI’s; Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Lifecycle investing and target date fund construction and customization; and Use Python for Portfolio and Lifecycle analytics including risk attributions, portfolio statistics, and retirement outcomes.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$179,088.00 - USD$210,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
