The Video and Motion Graphic Designer will create motion graphics, edit videos, develop concepts, manage projects, ensure branding consistency, and perform quality control.

We are looking for experienced, super creative, very collaborative Video and Motion Graphics Designer to join our awesome team. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. Responsibilities
- Motion Graphics Design: Create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics, including title sequences, lower thirds, infographics, and other visual elements that enhance the overall video content
- Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos that meet our brand's creative vision and objectives. This includes selecting the best shots, adding transitions, visual effects, sfx, and music, and ensuring seamless flow and continuity throughout the video
- Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop creative concepts for video/motion projects, including storyboarding, mood boards, and visual references, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product
- Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest motion graphics design trends, techniques, and software/tools, and apply them to enhance the quality and impact of our motion content
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress to the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content
- Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure that all video content adheres to our brand's visual identity, guidelines, and style, and maintain consistency across all videos to reinforce our brand's image and messaging
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of video content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project requirements, brand guidelines, and creative vision
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Motion Graphic Designer Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, motion graphics design, and creative concept development
- Strong skills in motion graphics design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other similar tools
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard video editing software
- Creative and artistic with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Solid understanding of video production workflows, including video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, frame rates, and color grading
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity principles to ensure consistency across video content
- Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating technical skills and creative abilities in motion graphics design
