Responsible for end-to-end video production, creating polished SaaS videos, editing interviews, and leveraging AI tools for efficient workflows while ensuring brand consistency.
The summary above was generated by AI

At LTV ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why join us?

We're a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that's transforming the e-commerce industry. As our first dedicated creative hire, you'll own the visual storytelling of a brand that's already won over some of the biggest names in e-commerce - and help us tell that story to the rest of the market. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how LTV ai shows up across video, social, and brand content as we scale.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end video production - from concept through final cut - across customer case studies, product demos, feature releases, founder-led content, and brand storytelling.

  • Create polished SaaS-style videos with motion graphics, screen recordings, kinetic typography, and animated UI walkthroughs that make our platform come to life.

  • Edit and produce talking head videos, including interviews, thought leadership content, and customer testimonials.

  • Partner with the founding team and marketing to build a consistent, scalable content engine - not just one-off videos.

  • Develop and maintain templates, brand motion kits, and reusable assets that accelerate production over time.

  • Leverage AI tools across your workflow - from rough cuts and captioning to asset generation and ideation - and help the broader team adopt AI-native creative processes.

  • Translate complex AI and MarTech concepts into visually engaging, accessible content that resonates with e-commerce operators and executives.

  • Examples: LTV.ai Launch Video

What we're looking for (ideally):

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio that includes SaaS product videos, explainers, or brand content.

  • Comfortable across the full spectrum - from high-polish motion graphics and animated product walkthroughs to raw, authentic talking head edits.

  • Experience producing customer case studies or testimonial-style videos is a strong plus.

  • Tool-agnostic - we care about output quality and speed, not which software you prefer. That said, strong motion graphics chops (After Effects, Motion, or equivalent) are essential.

  • An AI-first operator - your default instinct is to use AI to accelerate your workflow, whether that's Runway for quick cuts, Descript for transcription, AI-generated assets, or tools we haven't even heard of yet. You should be the person teaching us what's possible.

  • Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup where briefs evolve and speed matters.

  • Bonus: experience with thumbnail design, short-form social edits, or basic sound design.

Compensation + Benefits

  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you're curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we'd love to hear from you.
