PURPLE is actively seeking bright and enthusiastic interns to join the VIP team!  
 
The right candidates must have a genuine passion for VIP and Influencer Services PR. They must also be organized, driven, and creative; willing to learn while also taking their own initiative. You will get an insight into the running of a thriving PR agency and will gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventorying, merchandising and organizing the showroom  
  • Creating sample lookbooks  
  • Managing sample trafficking, coordinating sample loans, send outs and returns  
  • Managing team stationery needs and beauty stock levels  
  • Coordinating image and press kit send outs  
  • Scanning and formatting coverage reports  
  • Help assist with updating contact lists and media databases  
  • Help assist with client gifting projects  
  • Assisting with special events, pre and post event management  
  • Day-to-day operations of the agency  
  • You will be given and present an end-of-term Internship Project, on which the PURPLE Team will guide and assist you. This mock activity will support you in building your personal portfolio while helping infuse key learnings and takeaways from across your Internship 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills  
  • Resourceful, tenacious, and assertive  
  • Strong professionalism and regard for confidentiality  
  • Experience with MS Office 365  
  • Previous retail or fashion experience preferred but not required  


Intern Payment and Working Hours:
  • This is an unpaid internship. We will provide experience that meets the criteria for academic credit and will complete any paperwork provided by the student to obtain course credit from an accredited academic institution. You must be able to work in office a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Please note, this internship is on site with no remote work opportunities.
