We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in storytelling and content strategy to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Conduct recurring long-form interviews to capture the founder’s personal and business story;
- Build story maps from raw conversations by identifying key themes, turning points, and the overall narrative arc;
- Assist with book development by organizing interview material into chapters and well-structured written content;
- Adapt interview and story material into articles, podcast content, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and other formats;
- Work with raw audio and video transcripts using tools such as Otter or Descript;
- Research the founder’s business, industry, and previous content before each interview;
- Prepare tailored, purposeful questions rather than relying on generic interview templates;
- Use scheduled interview time efficiently and arrive fully prepared for each session;
- Coordinate with the creative team and communicate specific deliverables, including clips, quotes, and content angles;
- Build and document a repeatable SOP for the interview-to-content production workflow;
Requirements
- Experience conducting long-form interviews and turning conversations into structured content;
- Ability to identify compelling themes and build a clear narrative arc from unstructured material;
- Comfortable asking thoughtful, probing follow-up questions;
- Strong ability to write clearly, organize information, and transform raw material into polished, well-structured content;
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Agency copywriting experience;
- Ability to adapt one story into different formats and lengths while maintaining a consistent voice;
- Experience creating persuasive, conversion-focused copy for formats such as emails, social media captions, landing pages, or ads;
- Strong understanding of hooks and audience engagement;
- Familiarity with faith-based or Kingdom-business content;
- Ability to independently research a subject and prepare customized interview questions;
- Basic audio or podcast production skills, or the ability to coordinate effectively with an editor;
- Comfortable working remotely, asynchronously, and through iterative feedback rounds;
- Able to create and document workflows for a newly established role;
