We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and help streamline daily operations to ensure our business runs smoothly. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:
    •    Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
    •    Schedule meetings and coordinate with team members
    •    Handle data entry and maintain organized records
    •    Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
    •    Assist with research and project coordination
    •    Respond to client inquiries professionally
    •    Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
    •    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
    •    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    •    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    •    Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
