We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves handling calls, scheduling appointments and providing general administrative support, all while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently from a remote location.

Responsibilities
    •    Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
    •    Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff or clients
    •    Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
    •    Greet and assist virtual visitors or clients through online platforms
    •    Maintain and update contact lists and databases
    •    Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing
    •    Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate person
    •    Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
    •    Provide general support to staff and assist with daily tasks as needed
    •    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Optional Qualifications
    •    Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is helpful
