Job Description
Role Summary
Leads the enterprise product strategy, prioritization, and value realization for artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization. This role partners with business, data, engineering, and technology leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, translate them into scalable product roadmaps, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The role is accountable for aligning AI, GenAI, and agent-based capabilities to business priorities, governance requirements, and strong enterprise data foundations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise AI product strategy aligned to business, operating, and investment priorities
Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI, GenAI, and agent-based use cases across business functions
Own the product roadmap, intake, and prioritization process for AI initiatives and platform capabilities
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, delivery plans, and success measures
Partner with data, engineering, architecture, and governance teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions
Establish product standards for responsible AI, model transparency, risk controls, and enterprise adoption
Drive the integration of AI capabilities into business workflows, decision processes, and operating platforms
Lead stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology leadership to align priorities and remove delivery barriers
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and realized value to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement
Shape the operating model for AI products, including lifecycle management, release planning, and change enablement
Key Deliverables
Approved and prioritized AI product roadmap aligned to strategic business objectives
Delivery of AI, GenAI, and agent-based use cases with defined business value targets and implementation milestones
Documented product requirements, use case definitions, and success metrics for prioritized AI initiatives
Measurable adoption of AI products across target business functions and user groups
Demonstrated improvement in operational efficiency, decision support, or risk management from deployed AI capabilities
Established governance controls and product management processes for enterprise AI solutions
Integration of AI products with enterprise data, workflow, and operating platforms
Regular reporting of product performance, delivery progress, and realized value to senior stakeholders
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in product management, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technology roles
5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional product or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering technology capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes
Experience working with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or digital products in production environments
Experience operating in financial services, asset management, or similarly complex and regulated industries
Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to deliver enterprise platforms or products
Skills & Qualifications
Technical knowledge and systems expertise: Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, machine learning, data platforms, and the data, governance, and architecture foundations required for scalable AI solutions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify high-value use cases, translate business needs into product priorities, and balance feasibility, risk, and business value.
Communication and collaboration capabilities: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional or global teams: Experience leading product initiatives across global, cross-functional teams and coordinating across business and technology functions.
Understanding of technology governance, security, or operational practices: Strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, risk, control, and security requirements, with experience embedding them into product delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading AI or GenAI product portfolios at enterprise scale
Familiarity with agent-based platforms, workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled operating models
Experience supporting investment, portfolio, operations, or corporate functions through digital or AI products
Advanced degree in business, technology, computer science, data, or a related field
Salary: $195K - $225K

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
