Job Description:

The Vice President of Client Services will oversee the Account Management and Client teams to ensure the use of Amplifi's core solutions across internal and external investment and activation. You will not only ensure that strategies and execution align to the client's overall objectives, but lead our team of Account Managers so that the client experience is seamless from start to finish.

You will report to our Chief Client Officer and partner with leadership to drive client services across processes and service offerings and contribute to net new client acquisition through strategic partnerships, marketing and other lead generation opportunities alongside our business development team.

Responsibilities:

You will

  • Oversee the day to day operations within our account management team

  • Provide strategic oversight of client strategy, ensuring that we are driving value and set up for success for renewals and organic growth

  • Drive strategy development and execution to meet clients business goals, to ultimately result in expanding annual contracts and renewals

  • Lead the client service efforts related to delivery of media buying performance for key clients

  • Contribute to new client acquisition through strategic internal partnerships, marketing, and lead generation

  • Provide executive oversight on reporting for key client accounts to ensure the team is conveying the agency's value to the client's team and to support strategy shifts to meet client objectives

  • Manage the client service leads at business' specialist area especially in the management and implementation of programs

  • Provide department leadership direction to evolve efficiencies by driving process improvement and managing capacity and billability targets within department

  • Support local markets as a center of excellence in proof of performance associated with media buying delivery

  • Manage internal and external stakeholder management across local markets, clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are met and the revenue targets achieved

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Media, Communications, Finance or related field

  • Minimum 10 years in a client services role specific to video, digital, programmatic, social activation or investment function

  • Minimum 6 years in an agency ecosystem and business strategy

  • Experience in a management position with team leadership, partnership development and client management responsibilities

  • Highly collaborative and hyper responsive to client requests

  • Deep understanding of the media industry, with strong ability to anticipate and addresses material trends in the marketplace

Additional Information:

The annual base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
