The Opportunity

We're looking for a VP of Finance to join our leadership team. This critical role will be instrumental in driving financial success as we scale.

This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial functions, including:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Own company-wide financial planning, including annual budget, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements

    • Track key financial metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify company-wide areas for improvement

    • Manage fundraising activities, including investor relations and due diligence

    • Manage relationships with accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners

    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets

  • Financial Strategy & Decision Making

    • Provide financial modeling and insights to inform strategic business decisions, such as pricing, partnerships, hiring, market expansion, etc.

    • Collaborate with sales and growth teams to execute growth strategies

    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership & capital allocation decisions

    • Fully own capital management including debt and equity fund raising

  • CEO Support

    • Manage Board of Directors communications and preparation

    • Manage materials for fundraising, due diligence, and updates

    • Identify and mitigate financial risks

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who has previously helped an early-stage high-growth company successfully build and scale their financial strategy and operations.

  • Proven track record as a finance/strategy role in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance/strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position

  • Experience in fundraising and investor relations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in managing high-performing teams

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base: $200,000 - $240,000

  • Equity: Meaningful ownership
