With a deep focus on funnel performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends, this leader will shape how Insider brings its innovation to market.

What You Will Do

  • This role owns Insider One's global Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Architect and lead global GTM strategies—from awareness to close—to maximize market opportunity
  • Accountable for revenue delta and pipeline growth, measured through ROI of GTM initiatives, funnel conversion improvements, and win rates
  • Partner closely with regional revenue teams to analyze funnel performance and implement optimization strategies tailored to audience, segment, and motion
  • Build a cross-functional “GTM engine” to continuously equip sales, solutions consultants, and partner teams with the insights and tools to win across 26 regional offices
  • Drive strategic alignment across marketing, product, enablement, and revenue operations—ensuring seamless execution of launch plans, positioning updates, and competitor battle cards
  • Translate insights into decision-ready assets and impactful GTM narratives that resonate with buyers and influence strategy
  • Own and optimize pipeline acceleration initiatives; identify systemic blockers, design experiments, and implement solutions at scale
  • Design and lead strategic “revenue sprints” to respond to market shifts, or key expansion opportunities
  • Bring engineering mindset to GTM operations: instrument workflows, measure impact, and apply iterative improvements
  • Collaborate with Product and AI teams to infuse technical innovation into GTM messaging and market education
  • Regularly present findings, frameworks, and impact metrics to executive C-level leadership; contribute to board-level strategic conversations

What You Will Need

  • 12+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategic growth, or product roles within high-velocity SaaS companies
  • 7+ years of experience specifically in the martech industry, ideally in scaling environments or product-led growth models
  • Deep knowledge of the AI landscape and how it impacts go-to-market motions, pipeline optimization, and product marketing
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable GTM programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth
  • Proven track record in initiatives that materially increase win rates and reduce sales cycle times
  • Strong analytical thinking; able to break down complex problems into systems and frameworks (engineering-minded approach)
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership—experience aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success toward common GTM goals
  • Experienced  in building enablement playbooks, launch frameworks, and product education loops that stick
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-level audiences
  • Self-starter with a bias toward execution, able to operate with minimal guidance and thrive in ambiguity
  • Global perspective with experience working across regions and functions

What We Offer

  • Level up with internal trainings covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and a wide range of personal development skills.
  • Feed your curiosity with access to Spotify, LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, MasterClass, and CloudGuru.
  • Become a Shareowner through our eligibility-based “ESOP” and own a piece of what you build.
  • Help build the team you want to work with and enjoy rewarding referral bonuses.
  • Opportunities to give back to your community through volunteering and purpose-driven social impact projects.
  • From global retreats to team-building activities, expect year-round events that turn into lifelong memories.
