Job Overview
The VP, M&A Solution Lead is responsible for orchestrating the design, development, and deployment of integrated solutions for large-scale M&A and Partner Integration initiatives. This role requires deep cross functional collaboration, strategic vision, and hands on leadership from ideation through production deployment, ensuring seamless integration across business domains and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Solution Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to production deployment and post-launch support.
Cross-Domain Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and external partners to ensure unified understanding and alignment on solution objectives.
Journey Mapping & Process Design: Collaborate with UX to develop detailed journey maps and process flows that capture business requirements, integration points, and user experiences across domains.
Architecture & Solution Design: Partner with Dev Leads, Enterprise, Solution and Infrastructure Architects to architect scalable, robust solutions, including data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements.
Integration and Data Contract Management: Define and document integration points and data contracts between systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational readiness. Oversee data migration and remediation efforts as needed.
Implementation Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs for integration success. Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
E2E Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive E2E test plans, collaborating with quality engineering teams to validate solution integrity and user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Lead post-integration reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, integration leadership, or program management roles within large enterprises or consulting environments.
Minimum of 3 years experience with M&A integrations, partner onboarding, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and enterprise data management platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Core Competencies:
Strategic Integration & Problem Solving: Ability to see the big picture, prioritize critical tasks, and solve complex integration challenges rapidly.
Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data integration, and solution design principles. Familiarity with modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices, middleware) and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus, manage expectations, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
Process & Data Flow Design: Experience in mapping business processes, designing data flows, and documenting integration requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Deep knowledge of E2E testing strategies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
Change Management: Ability to drive change, manage resistance, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
Pay Range:
$146,100-$243,500/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
