Daisy is building the future of living. As a full-stack, AI-native property management company for HOAs, co-ops, and condos, we're modernizing one of real estate's largest and most fragmented industries. By combining technology with exceptional service, we deliver greater transparency for boards, more efficient operations, and a better resident experience.

In just a few years, we've become the 8th largest property management company in NYC, expanded across the tri-state area, and now manage over 5,000 units and $200M+ in building budgets.

Backed by strong growth and recent financing, we're entering our next chapter of growth as we expand Daisy's AI-powered operating model nationwide.

Overview:

We're hiring a VP of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function at Daisy as we continue expanding across NYC and beyond. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the executive leadership team and board, you will own the company's marketing strategy across brand, growth, communications, and demand generation, shaping how Daisy is positioned in the market and driving long-term business growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned marketing executive who thrives in high-growth environments and has a proven track record of building strategy, leading teams, and driving results at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, content, growth, communications, and demand generation
  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to define Daisy’s marketing vision, positioning, and long-term growth strategy
  • Build, hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization, establishing the structure, talent strategy, and operating model needed to support rapid company growth
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation at an organizational level to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency across marketing
  • Define and elevate Daisy's brand presence across website, messaging, creative, and go-to-market channels
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, inbound demand, and revenue growth
  • Oversee and optimize the website as a key acquisition and brand channel
  • Create content across multiple formats to support awareness, sales, recruiting, and customer trust
  • Manage inbound lead flow and routing processes in partnership with Sales
  • Use HubSpot (or similar platforms) to build, measure, and optimize marketing programs
  • Establish executive-level KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Own the marketing budget, resource allocation, and investment strategy to maximize business impact
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on brand strategy, market positioning, customer insights, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness
  • Help shape future team structure, with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership as the company scales
  • Support hiring and building out the marketing function

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth tech or tech-enabled companies
  • Proven experience developing and executing company-wide marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth
  • Demonstrated success leading, building, and scaling high-performing marketing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent
  • Proven experience serving as a strategic partner to CEOs and executive leadership teams, influencing company strategy and go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership to influence company strategy and go-to-market initiatives
  • A proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an early-stage, high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance marketing strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency
  • Strong generalist background with a focus on brand, content and communication
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms
  • Builder mentality with hustle, urgency, and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Compensation:

This role offers a salary of $200K-$250K, along with bonus and equity, depending on experience and qualifications. Along with a competitive benefits package.
