The Head of North American Wealth Management Product Sales will lead a team of sales executives responsible for selling Broadridge’s front‑, middle‑, and back‑office technology and operations solutions to leading Wealth Management firms. This includes capabilities across books and records, tax reporting, corporate actions, securities lending, cash management, fee and expense management, advisor compensation, and related workflow and data solutions.

You will drive new recurring revenue and new logo acquisition by developing opportunities with national, regional, and independent wealth managers, broker‑dealers, and private banks in partnership with our Enterprise sales teams. You will provide coaching, training, and leadership to help the sales team identify prospects, shape opportunities, and deliver tailored, consultative pitches that align to each firm’s operating model.

The Head of NA Wealth Management Product Sales will work closely with product leadership across our Wealth and Investment Management businesses to ensure market feedback informs product enhancements and roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales team introducing Broadridge’s front‑to‑back Wealth Management solutions to the North American market.
  • Manage a centralized database of target accounts, including pipeline opportunities, contact management, and campaign tracking for new logos.
  • Implement processes and tools to maintain accountability and ensure sales associates are building and converting pipeline.
  • Prepare and maintain whitespace analysis for the Wealth Management market segment.
  • Integrate marketing activities into the sales motion, including brand and product training, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Participate in client meetings to refine the Broadridge value story and coach the sales team.
  • Build a premier Wealth Management sales force, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Help craft and assign quotas for the team and individual contributors.
  • Engage with senior‑level executives at prospective clients and across Broadridge.
  • Maintain awareness of current and planned Broadridge product developments.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to strengthen relationships, develop new ones, stay current on market trends, and promote Broadridge solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.

Required Experience

  • Deep understanding of front‑, middle‑, and back‑office operations within Wealth Management firms, broker‑dealers, and private banks.
  • Strong connectivity across the Wealth Management ecosystem, including custodians, clearing firms, consultants, and technology partners.
  • Established relationships with C‑suite and senior executives across the Wealth Management industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience selling technology or enterprise solutions into Wealth Management organizations.
  • Experience with Software‑as‑a‑Service and/or enterprise platform sales.
  • Strong closing and contract‑negotiation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Wealth Management solutions including books & records, tax reporting, corporate actions, securities lending, cash management, advisor compensation, fee/expense management, data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Consultative sales approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Demonstrated success managing product and segment sales teams to quota.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to operate in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000.00- $220,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
