Purpose of Position

The Private Wealth Marketing role is responsible for creating content and driving awareness of the Pantheon brand and product offerings with financial advisors and high net worth clients, raising the profile of Pantheon within these segments. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven marketing and communications professional to lead our efforts in developing relevant thought leadership and educational materials and distributing them in a multi-channel capacity. You will develop and execute activation strategies to scale our presence within the RIA (Registered Investment Advisors) and broader wealth channels. You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications and work closely alongside our US Head of Private Wealth and investment team leads to develop compelling content and build innovative marketing strategies to generate and strengthen engagement and deliver measurable outcomes that align with our business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

•    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy with particular focus on the unique needs of the RIA channel
•    Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and accelerate activation efforts through personalized and innovative marketing tactics and campaigns.

Channel Activation and Growth

•    Build and implement strategies that drive activation, retention, and growth, mapped to distribution strategy
•    Collaborate with distribution teams and broader marketing to identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities.
•    Leverage data insights to refine campaigns and ensure effectiveness in addressing RIA-specific challenges and opportunities.

Content, Thought Leadership and Messaging Development

•    Create compelling, industry-relevant content that resonates with key audiences and reinforces the brand’s value proposition. Develop content to engage and educate RIAs and their clients
•    Design marketing programs, tools, and resources to empower RIAs to better serve their clients and enhance their businesses with private markets offerings
•    Craft key marketing messages to be delivered across campaigns 
•    Write high-quality investment content across a range of topics to support investment communications. Deliverables include investment publications, video and podcast scripts, and marketing material intended for external use.
•    Work closely with investment teams/asset class experts and sales leads create regular investment articles and research papers.
•    Write op-eds for global financial media outlets, assist in drafting regular media commentaries.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment

•    Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales and relationship management, product, and analytics) to align marketing strategies with business goals 
•    Serve as a bridge between marketing and the field, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.

Metrics and Accountability

•    Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
•    Use data analytics and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI
•    Generate quarterly and campaign reporting 

Knowledge and Experience Required

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing/communications experience (preferably alternative/private markets asset management or wealth management), with a focus on the RIA or wealth advisory channels or financial services industry
•    Strong knowledge of financial markets, economy, public and private asset classes
•    Ability to write complex investment topics for lay audiences
•    Proven track record of leading and executing successful channel marketing strategies
•    Deep understanding of the RIA/wealth advisory ecosystem, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
•    Expertise in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
•    Strong leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
•    Self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment and driving strategy and process with whitespace
•    Extremely effective oral and written communicator. Precise and disciplined execution, attention to detail
•    Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.

Expected base salary range:  $215,000 - 230,000 per annum. 

Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications. 

In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
