Broadridge is seeking a Vice President, Product Management – Legal and Compliance Solutions to help shape the future of our legal and compliance solutions portfolio. This is a highly visible, high-impact individual contributor role for a senior product leader who brings deep domain expertise, strong strategic judgment, and a proven ability to turn market insight into product growth.

In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution across a strategic portfolio of legal and compliance solutions, helping Broadridge strengthen existing offerings while identifying new opportunities to meet evolving client needs. You will play a critical role in defining where we go next—evaluating opportunities to innovate through internal development, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.

This role is ideal for a product executive with a strong background in the legal, compliance, or regulatory technology space, who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction, engaging with clients and senior stakeholders, and driving execution across a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy for a critical and growing portfolio

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Broadridge’s BBD Legal and Compliance Solutions portfolio.
  • Drive product strategy and investment decisions by aligning priorities with client needs, market opportunities, regulatory developments, and business objectives while ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and positioned for long-term growth.

Drive growth through innovation and market insight

  • Identify unmet client needs, market gaps, and expansion opportunities across legal and compliance solutions.
  • Partner with business, commercial, and strategy leaders to assess and pursue growth opportunities including a build, partner, or buy lens
  • Contribute to strategic assessments of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Help bring new ideas from concept to market through structured product incubation and commercialization.

Execute with focus and influence

  • Lead product execution from discovery and requirements through prioritization, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Translate market, client, and business needs into clear product direction and actionable requirements.
  • Partner closely with technology, architecture, operations, legal, compliance, and risk teams to drive delivery.
  • Navigate dependencies, tradeoffs, and execution risks across a complex stakeholder environment while bringing structure, urgency, and clarity to high-priority initiatives.

Engage clients and bring market perspective

  • Act as a senior product voice in client discussions, strategic reviews, and market-facing engagements.
  • Bring the voice of the client into roadmap planning through direct engagement, feedback analysis, and ongoing awareness of competitive offerings, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Support go-to-market readiness and help articulate Broadridge’s value proposition in the legal and compliance space.

Influence across the enterprise

  • Operate as a strategic product leader and trusted partner across business, technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy teams.
  • Influence decisions and drive alignment across a matrixed organization without direct people management responsibility.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.

Help position Broadridge for the future

  • Assess the impact of regulatory change, evolving legal and compliance requirements, and emerging market models on client needs and product strategy.
  • Explore implications of digital assets, tokenization, and new regulatory frameworks as they relate to legal and compliance workflows.
  • Identify practical, scalable opportunities for Broadridge to support clients as market needs evolve.

Qualifications Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or solution leadership within legal, compliance, regulatory technology, financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in legal and compliance solutions, with a strong understanding of client workflows, regulatory obligations, and market needs.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and lead execution for complex, business-critical solutions.
  • Strong track record of identifying growth opportunities and translating client and market insight into product direction.
  • Experience working across technology, operations, commercial, legal, compliance, and risk functions in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor who can influence at senior levels and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience evaluating opportunities through build, partner, or buy frameworks.
  • Exposure to M&A, including strategic assessment, product fit evaluation, or integration planning.
  • Experience launching new products or expanding into adjacent solution areas.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial services markets, including broker-dealer, banking, wealth, or capital markets environments.
  • Experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, or the legal and compliance implications of emerging digital market structures.
  • MBA, JD, or other advanced degree.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000.00- $240,000.00 USD.
