  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy.

Risk, Regulatory & Controls Alignment

  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to ensure products meet regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements.
  • Embed controls, auditability, and reporting capabilities into product design from inception.
  • Support regulatory engagement and client due diligence related to digital asset solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of product managers.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Success, and Corporate Strategy.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder platforms in highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and external clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing or scaling tokenization platforms, digital asset lifecycle solutions, or blockchain‑enabled market infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with token standards, smart contract frameworks, and interoperability models.
